A fresh yet warm cream, Ringwold Ground No. 208 is our Colour of the Week here at WARINGS. This shade is a fresh feeling neutral which creates a delightfully warm and glowing room. Named after a Hampshire rectory occupied by one of the original Farrow & Ball directors, the addition of the merest amount of red pigment adds warmth without feeling too creamy.
TIP: For best results, use Farrow&Ball’s White & Light Tones Primer & Undercoat.
TIP: Complementary whit - Tallow No. 203
Ringwold Ground is only slightly lighter Tallow, which makes them work beautifully together to create the softest contrast.
The warmth of this cream allows it to work well on both furniture and walls creating a nice balance.
Ringwold Ground also works particularly well with antique furniture.
This warm colour makes the room feel bigger and brighter.
TIP: Use Ringwold Ground in rooms with natural light in order to really witness the beauty of the colour.
